Eurobonds are direct unconditional obligations of a national government or a corporation that are denominated
in US Dollars. They are interest bearing, carry various tenors and can be traded based on prevailing market rates.
Government Securities
Government Securities are direct and unconditional obligations of the Republic of the Philippines.
There are two types of Government Securities: Treasury Bills and Treasury Bonds.
Peso Corporate Bonds
Peso Corporate Bonds are debt securities issued by corporations.
Corporate bonds have higher risk than government securities. Yields are normally higher to incorporate credit spreads.
