1. Visit your nearest branch to open an AUB Savings Account
2. Accomplish a Deed of Assignment which will serve as a guarantee for your credit card. Your AUB Credit Card limit is 80% of your deposit guarantee. (Refer to the Credit limit and Deposit Hold-Out Grid (Deposit Guarantee))
3. Fill out an AUB Credit Card Application form

You have to be at least 21 years old.

You need to submit the following:
- A signed and notarized deed of assignment for your assigned deposit guarantee, and
- An accomplished AUB Credit Card application form

The Deed of Assignment (D/A) is an agreement signed by the client which states the amount of deposit that shall be held by the Bank as a guarantee for the credit card issuance/credit limit. It also covers that in case of default, the Bank can draw from the hold out as payment for the credit card.

Your deposit guarantee amount will remain in effect until you request to cancel your AUB Secured Credit Card, and only after the credit card account has been fully settled.

Your credit limit is 80% of your deposit guarantee from your AUB Savings Account. Refer also to the Credit Limit and Deposit Hold-out Grid (Deposit Guarantee).

The Minimum credit limit is Php20,000 (for a Php25,000 hold-out Deposit amount)

The Maximum credit limit is Php10M (for a Php12.5 MM hold-out Deposit amount)

Processing time is 7-10 banking days upon submission of the Deed of Assignment and filled out Credit Card application form.

For Classic, Gold & Platinum credit cards, you may enroll for supplementary credit cards. AUB Easy Secured Credit Card does not have a supplementary credit card facility.

Should you wish to cancel your AUB Secured Credit Card account, you will have to settle any outstanding balance on the card. You may call the AUB Customer Service at 282-88-88 or at domestic toll-free 1-800-10-282-8888, and a Customer Service officer will assist you on your request for card cancellation.

Release of the deposit guarantee is sixty (60) days after the date of card cancellation and settlement of any outstanding balance in the credit card account.
