Yes. For non-Mabuhay Miles member, enrollment in Mabuhay Miles is required prior to redemption.

You may enroll in Mabuhay Miles by logging on to www.mabuhaymiles.com

A minimum of 4,000 Miles is required to redeem, at increments of 15, 30 and 100 Miles thereafter.

There is no cap or no maximum number of Miles for redemption under this program.

You need to provide AUB customer service with the following minimum information to effect the transfer of Mabuhay Miles:

1. Card Number
2. Cardholder Name
3. Mabuhay Miles Membership Number
4. Mabuhay Miles Membership Name
5. Number of AUB Rewards Points to be redeemed
6. Number of Miles to be transferred

No. Rewards points that have been converted to Miles cannot be converted back to Rewards points.

No. You can only transfer the Miles you redeemed to your own Mabuhay Miles account. You can however redeem the Miles you have accumulated in your Mabuhay Miles account for a Travel Award Ticket issued to any beneficiary of your choice.

Please allow a minimum of 3-5 banking days from receipt of the request for the transfer to be reflected in your Mabuhay Miles account.
