1. insufficient credit limit,
2. account past due,
3. suspended or terminated or cancelled account,
4. account with respective merchant utility partner is suspended or terminated.

1. receipt of the request within the applicable daily cut-off time,
2. bill to be paid with respective utility merchant not otherwise beyond the due date,
3. of whether the cardholder meets the eligibility requirements, and
4. receipt of all information needed to process the utility bills payment.

The posting of payments with pertinent utility merchants shall be within two (2) to three (3) banking days.

1. 10.1 For any disputes regarding the All-Ur-Bills On Demand transactions as reflected in the E-mail Statement Of Account, a request in writing must be made by the Cardholder, and forwarded to AUB Customer Service via mail, fax, or e-mail.

1. 11.1 The earning of Rewards points in All-Ur-Bills On Demand transactions may be discontinued by AUB at any time, without need of any prior notice to the Cardholder
