The AirAsia BIG Points Redemption Program is part of the AUB Credit Cards Rewards Program. Accumulated AUB Rewards points may be transferred to the AirAsia BIG Loyalty Programme to enjoy its benefits such as exclusive flight offers and discounts.

All active and current AUB Principal Credit Cardholders are eligible to redeem/transfer their AUB rewards points to their AirAsia BIG Loyalty Account.

AUB Credit Cardholder must apply online for an AirAsia BIG Member ID under the AirAsia BIG Loyalty Programme prior to redemption.

One (1) AirAsia BIG point is equivalent to five (5) AUB Rewards Points.

AUB Cardholders can redeem via any of the following:

• Redeem via the Credit Cards Online Banking
• In the event that the Credit Cards Online Banking is not available, Cardholder may contact the AUB Credit Cards Customer Service at (632) 8-282-8888

AirAsia BIG points are valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date of issuance and the total BIG points balance in AirAsia BIG Member’s Account will automatically expire at the end of the 36th consecutive month for which he/she has not earned or redeemed any BIG Points. AUB Credit Cardholder’s point balance shall be reflected in the monthly Statement of Account or you may inquire via the AUB Credit Cards Customer Service at (632) 8-282-8888 or email creditcards@aub.com.ph .

AUB reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from participating in the Rewards Points Program, and forfeit any earned Rewards points if:

1. Account of the cardholder is permanently cancelled by the Bank.
2. A cardholder violates the terms and conditions in the issuance of the Card
3. A cardholder, as reasonably determined by AUB, has committed any fraud and abuse relating to the earning of Rewards points.

Points earned or accumulated by both the principal and supplementary cardholders shall be credited to the principal/primary account; and only the principal credit cardholder can redeem from the Rewards Points Program.

Redemption request once accepted by AUB, cannot be revoked or cancelled by the AUB Credit Cardholder.

Yes. If a cardholder provides a different name registered in his/her AirAsia BIG Member Account and is not similar to the name registered in the AUB credit card, AUB can still proceed to process the redemption request. AUB shall honor the request provided that the cardholder indicated the correct BIG Member ID number and surname in the redemption form.
